Who We Are

The LMDA has developed a Work Breakdown Structure, in Figure 1 below, as the implementation plan for the mandate. The LMDA deals with maintenance of Health Facilities and Compact issues. Under maintenance, there are four areas, namely, a) Environment and Waste Management (EWM), b) Soft Facilities Management (SFM), c) Hard Facilities Management (HFM), and, d) Information & Communications Technology management. Under Compact issues, the LMDA deals with the Development of Compact II and coordination of strategies for sustainability of Compact I Investments.
